Perinatal Support Washington Logo
A peer support group for mom’s walking through the joys and challenges that come during pregnancy and the first years of their child’s life. This is a place to be heard, reassured, and to find valuable resources within the community. It is an advice and judgement free zone where you are welcome to come as you are and share as much as or as little as you choose. Mothering Together is offered in partnership with Perinatal Support Washington.

You don’t have to figure this out on your own, and help is always available. The Perinatal Support Washington Warm Line was started by parents who never wanted another parent to feel alone and not know what to do. They can help make a plan, find resources, share our stories, and just listen. The Perinatal Support Washington Warm Line offers free telephone support for all parents and their family members. The line is staffed by parents who have experienced a perinatal mood and/or anxiety disorder and have recovered fully or professionals with specialized training in perinatal mental health. Call or text the warm line today, 1-888-404-7763 or request a call back.
